Report by the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Oleg Ivashchenko. We have specific documents from the Russian General Staff, which confirm that the occupiers themselves recognize their inability to fulfill the tasks of their political leadership. The Ukrainian Defense Forces ensure the destruction of the offensive potential of the Russian army, and the indicator of irretrievable losses of the occupiers is already about 60% of the total losses.
Despite this, the “Russian political leadership” is planning further offensive operations and preparing to attract more personnel, in particular by expanding mobilization processes in Russia. Accordingly, Ukraine’s task is to further increase the percentage of irretrievable losses of the occupier, tighten the line of drone use on the front line, and scale up our long-range sanctions against Russian arms production and the oil industry.
We will also inform our partners about the further development in Moscow of plans for operations against NATO countries, as well as attempts to involve Belarus more in the implementation of Russian tasks.
